When is the NFC championship game 2025? Date, time, tickets, TV and more

The NFC championship game 2025 is the final hurdle for NFL teams hopeful of making it to Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans.

The winners of the Detroit Lions-Washington Commanders and Philadelphia Eagles-Los Angeles Rams games will meet Sunday, Jan. 26.

Since the Lions earned the top seed in the NFC, they would host the NFC championship if they beat the Commanders in the divisional round. Should Washington win, they'd travel to face the winner of the Eagles-Rams matchup.

The winner of the NFC championship game will go on to face the winner of the AFC championship game in the Super Bowl on Feb. 9 in New Orleans.
